The Board will be discussing several issues of importance to all homeowners, including amendments to the Deed Restrictions and Bylaws. The Agenda will be emailed to all homeowners that we have email addresses for; if we don't have your email address, please contact the Board. If you plan on attending the Board meeting, please let us know so we can be sure to have enough space.

You should have received your annual assessment statement for 2019 - the due date for payments is January 31, 2019, and there will be a grace period for payments through March 31, 2019. After April 1, a late charge of $25 will apply. Cross Mountain Ranch Homeowners Association Annual Meeting

The Annual meeting of CMRHC will be at Cross Mountain Church, 7:00pm. Several items of importance will be discussed and voted on at this meeting. You should have received a notice of the meeting along with the documents we will be voting on. We will also elect two members to the Board of Directors. Light refreshments will be served.
