The Cross Mountain Ranch Board of Directors will meet at Frost Bank-Leon Springs on Saturday morning, 10:00am. The agenda includes the financial update for the year, and and discussion of the 2020 assessment statements. All CMR homeowners are welcome to attend; please let us know if you plan to attend so we can be sure we have adequate space.

Annual assessments for all Cross Mountain Ranch lot owners will be mailed the week before New Year's. You should receive it by January 2 or within a few days. If you do not receive it, please contact the manager, Veronica Morales, to confirm your mailing address. Assessments are due January 31, 2020, and a late fee will apply if not paid by March 31.
