The Board will be discussing several issues of importance to all homeowners, including information about the revision of our governing documents. Assessment Statements for Delinquent Accounts

Statements for delinquent assessment accounts have been sent - if you have not yet paid your assessment for 2019 (or 2018), please settle that immediately. If you have questions regarding your statement, or if you have not received your statement, please contact our property manager at (210) 733-8398, or email at You may also contact the Board of Directors directly by email at if you have questions or concerns. All delinquent accounts after August 31 will be subject to a filing fee to notify the Bexar County Clerk for enforcement of a lien for non-payment of assessments, as required by the Deed Restrictions for Cross Mountain Ranch.
Cross Mountain Ranch Homeowners Association Annual Meeting
Thursday October 17, 2019
The Annual meeting of the Cross Mountain Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc. is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, October 17, 2019. Several items of importance will be discussed and voted on at this meeting. You will receive a notice of the meeting, along with the documents we will be voting on, approximately 30 days before the meeting. We will also elect three members to the Board of Directors. Light refreshments will be served.
