You are about to live a legend--in historic Cross Mountain Ranch! Listen carefully and you might hear the hoof beats of thousands of Texas Longhorn cattle on their way north on the famous Chisholm and Goodnight-Loving Trails--or the giant wagons loaded with cypress logs as they watered their thirty oxen at famous Leon Springs, less than a mile away--or the chanting of Indians as they paid homage to the Great Spirit from atop Cross Mountain! Originally settled by German emigrants, Cross Mountain Ranch today is a 1000 acre wide-open prestige settlement consisting of 1½ to 3 acre home sites with trees, views, and fresh air. From its historic past, Cross Mountain Ranch retains the frontier spirit for which this part of Texas is famous.
